About Anna

Nice to meet you, I’m Anna.

I’m Anna, an infant and toddler sleep consultant based in Dallas–Fort Worth, working with families anywhere by video. I have an M.S. in developmental disabilities. I help tired parents get more rest with calm, evidence-informed support and zero judgment.

My background

Rooted in child development.

I have a bachelor’s degree in child development from Texas Woman’s University and a master of science (M.S.) in developmental disabilities, with a child life concentration, from Nova Southeastern University.

My work has taken me into early intervention, an autism classroom, pediatric hospital settings, and families’ homes. I currently work as a private nanny and family support specialist, so I know what a hard night with a baby really looks like. I’m also completing my sleep consultant training through Cradle Coach Academy.

Because of that experience, I understand that every child’s sleep is shaped by more than a schedule. Temperament, development, and what your family needs all matter.

How I work

Calm, honest, and on your side.

No judgment, ever

Rocking, nursing, feeding to sleep, sharing a room: however you’ve been getting through the night, you’re doing the best you can. We only change what you want changed.

A plan for your child

No one-size-fits-all script. Your plan fits your child’s age, temperament, and your comfort level, including children with developmental differences.

Evidence-informed

My guidance comes from child development research and AAP safe sleep guidelines, not trends or pressure.

Honest about timing

I don’t start sleep plans before babies are ready. For babies under about 16 weeks (adjusted age), I focus on safe sleep and healthy habits first, and I won’t take your money for work I can’t do well yet.

Let’s talk about your family.
