Good to know, before we talk.
Straight answers to what parents ask most. Don’t see yours? Send it my way.
What happens on the free intro call?
A relaxed conversation about your child, your nights, and what you want to change. It’s a chance for both of us to see whether we’re a good fit. No pressure and no judgment.
How much does it cost?
I send my pricing by email so you can look it over in your own time. Book a free intro call and I’ll send it over.
Do you work with families outside Dallas–Fort Worth?
Yes. I’m based in Dallas–Fort Worth, but everything we do is virtual, so I work with families anywhere. We schedule calls and check-ins around your time zone.
What do you need from me?
A short intake form, a simple 3-day sleep log, and a little time each day to follow the plan. I’ll keep it manageable.
Do you use cry-it-out?
There isn’t one right method. We choose an approach together based on your child’s age and temperament and what you’re comfortable with. Some families want to keep rocking or nursing to sleep, and others want more independent sleep. I never ask a baby to cry hard for long.
Do I have to stop rocking or nursing my baby to sleep?
No. We only change what you want changed. If rocking or nursing to sleep works for your family, it can stay.
Can you help if my child has developmental differences?
I have extensive academic and professional experience with developmental disabilities, and I shape every plan around your child as an individual. I’m not a medical provider, so I’ll work alongside you and your child’s care team.
Can you promise results?
Every child is different, so I can’t promise a specific outcome. What I can promise is a plan made for your family and steady support while you put it in place.
What ages do you work with?
Babies and toddlers. For babies under about 16 weeks (adjusted age), I focus on safe sleep and healthy habits first, and we start a sleep plan when your baby is ready.
Why do you wait until 16 weeks?
Before then, a baby’s sleep is still developing, and there is only so much a sleep plan can do. I’d rather guide you on safe sleep and healthy habits than take your money for work I can’t do as well as I could when your baby is older. When your baby is ready, I’m here.
Do you follow safe sleep guidelines?
Always. Every plan follows AAP safe sleep guidelines.
Is this medical advice?
No. My work is general education and coaching. For health questions like reflux, breathing, or feeding, I’ll point you to your pediatrician.
What does working together include?
A custom sleep plan, a 60-minute walkthrough call, four weeks of text and email support, and a weekly check-in, scheduled together.
What if something isn’t working?
We adjust. That’s what the support and check-ins are for. Children change quickly, and your plan can change with them.
How do I get started?
Book a free intro call. After we talk, I’ll send pricing, the intake form, and a 3-day sleep log, and we go from there.
